With my birthday celebrations in Vegas behind me and now coming back the heaviest I’ve ever been I decided to make the commitment. I told Brenda that I have found what I wanted to change. Knowing how it works my request was precise. I told her, “I would like the desire to go to the gym a WANT rather than a SHOULD”. You see, we all do the things we want, no matter how busy life gets. It’s the things we SHOULD do that always get pushed aside.

Me in Vegas
Ok, so the day came and I was hypnotized for the first time in my life. It was everything I could have imagined and so much more. I remember leaving the session feeling extremely zen. I was in a strange quiet bliss – Everything was calm and none of life’s stresses seemed to matter. I could focus easily and was happy about everything. I guess you could say my first session made me a new man. She was so good too. I mean, I knew a lot about what she was doing but she was a natural at it. I consider myself blessed to have found her.
I was out for dinner with a very successful and intimidating friend shortly afterwards and was hesitant to mention the hypnosis on account he might make fun of such ‘vodoo’ but when I did, he lit up as well. He had been a smoker for decades and tried everything under the sun to quit – The only thing that worked for him was hypnosis, and he recommends it to all his friends.
I simply don’t understand why society doesn’t embrace it more. It’s incredibly harmless and much safer than ANY medication.
There is so much more I could go on about but I will say the following for now, I have joined a gym and look forward to going all the time. I’ve taken some ‘before pics’ that I plan to share once I have my new after pics. You’ll have to check back for those bad boys.
Now, I would be doing you and Brenda both a disservice if I didn’t recommend her. Location doesn’t matter as she has options for all. If you’ve been struggling with anything, I seriously can’t recommend her enough.
You can contact / see more about Brenda by clicking here.
You can thank me later.
And now, I have a gym bag to go pack, thanks Brenda!
